As a teenager, I suffered from severe allergies and crushing fatigue. While my peers played sports, I took naps just so that I could function in school. 

I made it through school, got married, and started having kids. 

Finally, my health bottomed out. Allopathic doctors shrugged and said being tired was part of life while offering me prescriptions for medications to cover my allergy symptoms. I knew there was a better way. God led me to Dr Bonnie and a combination of QRT and emotional work restored my health and vitality.

 I am passionate about sharing what helped me get my life back and honored to be able to help others.
